Hi, I bring ideas to life! I am a Mechanical Engineer specializing in developing and deploying robotics prototypes — whether that means writing robotics control software, designing circuit schematics for mechatronics, or programming firmware for real-time embedded systems. I use classical control theory and modern ML policies to solve complex dynamic problems where software meets physical reality, from vision-guided robotic manufacturing cells to GNC systems for rocketry and UAVs.

Multi-Tool Robotics Enables In-Situ Sample Manipulation for Time-Resolved Synchrotron Measurements

Aditya Bondada, Elizabeth M. Wall, Eric Yuan Xiao, Quinn C. Burlingame, Yueh-Lin Loo, Esther H. R. Tsai, Ruipeng Li

Under review at Digital Discovery (Royal Society of Chemistry), 2026 arXiv:2608.19280 cs.RO

A modular multi-tool robot that handles and processes samples inside the experimental hutch during continuous X-ray data collection, revealing transient in-situ dynamics in perovskite thin films that radiation-safety protocols previously made inaccessible.

Extensible Robotic Beamline Scientist (EROBS)

Brookhaven National Laboratory, NSLS-II · deployed at CMS beamline

A hardware-agnostic ROS2 motion planning stack integrated with Bluesky, the control software used across national laboratories. Orchestrates dynamic tool changing — vacuum, gripper, pipettor — so a single robot can serve varied experiments under beamline safety constraints.

Robotic Pipette End Effector

Brookhaven National Laboratory, NSLS-II

A microcontroller-driven precision liquid-handling end effector using RS485 communication, unified with the beamline’s hardware drivers across virtual machines and mounted on the UR5e’s quick-swap tool exchanger.
